We made it ! And it’s been quite the year…
From pushing through (daily) power failures to navigating fiscal currency manipulation, from new births (congratulations Emmanuel!) to near-death car accidents, this year has seen it all. It can be all *so* hard. Which is why it’s extra rewarding to do these kinds of posts where we reflect on what actually did work :)

- We hit $1m in revenue !
Not 10, but 12x our 2023 revenue (CAGR 252% since 2023) – a massive milestone for us and a testament to the success of our growth strategy, our expanded West Africa farmer-supplier network, and our developing team.

- WE ACHIEVED FSSC 22000 CERTIFICATION
People outside the industry may not be as nerdily excited at this one as we were, but for us it’s been huge. This standard makes it unambiguously clear that we are operating at a world-class level. And we have IFS certification just around the corner…

What comes to us, must go to them. It’s been our mission from the beginning to build robust financial foundations for people, so they are empowered to shape their desired life paths with confidence – nothing has changed.
Whew. What a year. We’re tired, we’re still working, we’re still reaching !
