What you’ll do:
As the Sales Associate at Pure and Just, you will be responsible for leading order fulfilment across the country. Your role involves working closely with the Marketing & Partnerships Lead to execute targeted sales strategy by: ensuring successful order fulfilment, maintaining excellent product quality on shelves, and coordinating between clients and internal manufacturing. Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and distributors will be essential, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Important to Note:
This position is based primarily at our warehouse location in Mallam CP/Gbawe and not at our main factory. You will need to be comfortable working largely independently/alone. You will be required to take meetings at our main factory location in Doboro/Gakope at least once per week.
Compensation:
- During 3 month probation: gross salary of Ghs 2,200/month + lunch contributions
- After probation: gross salary of Ghs 2,200/month + 5% commission on new sales
- Group Life Insurance + Tier 2 and Tier 3 Pension Schemes
