What a delight to support 200 kids coming from across Africa with healthy snacks as they attend the Kangaroo Math Africa Camp 2026!
Organised by the Academic Talent Development Program (ATDP) and the Ghana Olympiad Academy, the camp brings together students from all over the continent for six days of mathematics, STEM activities, problem-solving, collaborative learning, and competitions.
It’s been a real pleasure to prepare specially-made dried mango and pineapple snack-packs to keep the kids nourished and focused (and happy!) over the course of the camp.
One of our earliest mission statements was: to nourish inquisitive imagination. Although we now frame our impact more often than not in less jazzy terms like: employment, income generation, and higher revenues to farmers… the sweet spirit of nourishing minds and bodies is still very much at the heart of what we do.
We’re grateful to ATDP and the Ghana Olympiad Academy for the work they do to support African youth and for reaching out to us with the opportunity to do our part too.
